BoulezEye is a 3D pétanque game for phones and browsers. This policy explains what data the game handles. In short: the game has no accounts, no ads and no analytics, and we do not collect your personal data. The only exception is the optional "Support the developer" purchase, described below.

Data that stays on your device
The game stores your settings (language, throw assist, haptics, sound), your best scores, and your match and cup progress in the storage of your device or browser. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the site data in your browser, deletes it.
Purchases ("Support the developer")
The game offers optional in-app purchases that support its development. The purchase is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your name, card or other payment details.
To process the purchase and confirm it, we use a service provider, RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives:
- a random, anonymous app user ID created on your device (not your name, email or store account),
- purchase information: product, time, price, currency, store and country,
- technical information: operating system and app version, and your IP address as part of the connection.
We use this data only to complete and confirm purchases, to restore them if you reinstall the app, and to handle support requests about them. The legal basis is performance of the purchase and our legitimate interest in running the game. RevenueCat acts as our processor and may process data outside the EU/EEA under the safeguards described in its own privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
If you never make a purchase, the app still contacts RevenueCat to read the available products. This request contains the technical data above.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No analytics, tracking or profiling.
- No accounts, no sign-in and no personal profile.
- We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
If these things change (for example when online play or ads are added), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before the new feature is used.
Children
BoulezEye is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as needed to confirm and restore purchases and to meet accounting obligations, and then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. To use these rights, email support@boulezeye.com. We may ask you for details that identify a purchase (for example the order number from the store), because we cannot identify you otherwise. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or your local data protection authority.
Changes
We update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
